York Region Provincial School Screening Tool

Effective Monday October 18, 2021, York Region Public Health requires students, parents and guardians to screen daily with the provincial COVID-19 school and child care screening tool. This will provide parents and guardians with more options to screen, including the ability to share results electronically and the ability to complete screening in multiple languages.
